CJL was able to host multiple open houses and private tours, even while the tenants were still occupying the home. After an offer was accepted and an inspection was done, a list of repairs was presented and the buyer asked for a price reduction. Instead, CJL was able to use our network of vendors to coordinate the repairs, at a much lower cost, and the seller was able to keep the accepted offer price the same.

132-134 Russell St Waltham - This was a unique property as it was a single dwelling, sitting on 2 lots, each permitted to build a two family!
